The Franklin Wellness Center is available to rent for birthday parties, graduation receptions, business meetings, classes, certification training, pool parties, and sports team practices.

Other examples: Franklin General Hospital Auxiliary Quilt Show, FGH Employee Health Fair, After Prom, 4H Night, community resource fair, and church youth group activities,

Fee Schedule* MP Room $35/hour Pool $65/hour Gym $25/hour Track $15/hour Towel rental = $1 each * Rental needs to include setup and teardown time.

$50 cash deposit due on all rentals. Refundable if areas returned to normal condition and no damage.

The users, through their adult contact, sign a rental agreement that includes:
*To consult on changes in facility and equipment needs in advance.
*No smoking, drugs or alcohol in any part of the facility.
*To follow rules and policies that exist for FWC members.
*To provide adequate supervision controlling who comes and goes at the entrance as well as areas that are not included in this agreement; and to supervise areas in use by group participants.
*To limit pool capacity to 35 or request and pay for an additional lifeguard at $10/hour additional charge.
*To do your own setup, as needed, and cleanup returning all areas to normal, including locker room. Setup and cleanup time is considered additional time and should be taken into account for start and end times.
*In the event of an accident, your personal insurance will provide treatment.
*To make provisions for liability insurance coverage in the event of an accident.
*To pay for equipment and/or facility damage.
*Payment of all fees are to be made before or upon entrance.
*By participating in any type of activity, onsite or offsite, acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Participating members and guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold FWC, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
