Senior Water Aerobics

All weight-bearing stress on the joints is removed in the water. Improve muscle strength, circulation, balance, and flexibility in this aquatics class for women and men. No swimming ability is necessary. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Try out the beach ball volleyball for the last 15 minutes on Fridays!  Each session lasts one calendar month.  Twice per week and drop-in (one class) are available by contacting the instructor.
