50 and Fit Land Aerobics
A low-impact aerobics class for a great healthy heart. Includes toning, stretching, balance, and arthritis exercises. A great compliment to water aerobics. Class is designed for those over 50 years of age, but anyone is welcome. Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 - 9 a.m. Each session lasts one calendar month. Twice per week and drop-in (one class) are available by contacting the instructor.
